The disgrOne disgruntled cow who complains of rain stands in field and watches farm owner Rankow ignore grievances.untled cow placed her complaint about the common herb’s unpleasant taste in the farm's suggestion box more than one year ago. Ranch owner Bill Rankow, 54, has not yet responded to the cow's complaint. A brief investigation of the farm revealed an overflowing suggestion box still containing the grievance. Many other cow concerns were discovered unaddressed as well.  Additional gripes included early morning rooster commotion, prospect of slaughter, random tippings and frequent rain. When asked to elaborate on what could be done to address grass flavor and other complaints, an elected spokescow said, "Moooooooooo."
